Qube Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"It was the most peaceful motel I’ve ever stayed at. No noise. Great nights sleep & clean. Don’t know anything about breakfast however. No mention of it & I had to run."

Best Western Premier Des Moines-Ankeny Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Great location and clean! The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was large and the shower was perfect. Beds were comfy too! Cheaper alternative to staying in Ames for a football game. 💛❤️🏈"

AmericInn by Wyndham Ames

8/10 Good

"Clean, comfortable and easy access to events."

My Place Hotel - Ankeny/ Des Moines, IA

8/10 Good

"No complimentary breakfast. Other than that, decent place to stay. Seems to be built into the price - so if that doesn’t mean anything to you you’ll be glad for the lower price. Good amount of space in the rooms."

Best Western Plus University Park Inn & Suites

8/10 Good

"Clean and affordable. Best location to ISU."

Spark by Hilton Ames

8/10 Good

"The pool was pretty cold but everything else was great!!!"

Quality Inn & Suites Ames Conference Center Near ISU Campus

8/10 Good

"It’s a 3 star hotel. Don’t expect anything more than that. The room was clean, bathroom was clean, nothing updated. 2 of the lamps in my room didn’t work but I fixed them myself. I’m fine with that. Breakfast was not good. Should’ve just provided coffee and that’s it. Parking lot would be better if they just replaced the crappy asphalt with gravel. Parking lot lighting is not great. I think this was a very nice hotel a few years back but now it’s just a cheap hotel. But I’d stay there again for the night because it’s cheap."
