Step in through a grand historic entrance hall and up to an apartment full of light, high ceilings and original details.

Nygårdsparken, cafés and the city centre are all a short walk away.

The apartment is on the second floor, reached via the building’s original staircase.

Living room: Large corner sofa, TV with soundbar and a heat pump. French doors open onto the balcony.

Dining area: Dining table next to the living room.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with integrated appliances and everything you need to cook for a group.

Bedrooms: Five bedrooms – four with double beds and one with a single bed.

Bathrooms: Two bathrooms, both with showers.

Laundry: Washing machine and tumble dryer.

Balconies: Two balconies at the front of the building, overlooking Muséhagen and the square in front of the Student Centre.

The apartment faces a lively street near the university, so expect some activity outside during the day. Parties are not allowed.

You’ll have the entire apartment to yourselves for your stay – all five bedrooms, both bathrooms, the living room, kitchen and both balconies.

The apartment is reached through the building’s shared entrance hall and staircase. Please be considerate of the other residents in the building, especially in the evenings.

Parkveien is often called one of Bergen’s most beautiful streets, lined with historic townhouses and ornate façades. From the balconies you look straight out over Muséhagen, the University Museum’s garden, with the Student Centre just across the road.

Nygårdsparken is around the corner, and the city centre, shops and restaurants are only a few minutes’ walk away – a green, historic corner of Bergen, right in the middle of everything.

The apartment is in the heart of Nygårdshøyden, and most of Bergen is within walking distance. The city centre, Festplassen and Byparken are just a few minutes away on foot.

The light rail (Bybanen, line 1) runs directly to Bergen Airport Flesland. The nearest stops are Byparken, a short walk down the hill, or Florida, through Nygårdsparken. Several bus lines also stop nearby.

For shorter stays, you can park on the street right outside and pay at the parking meter. For longer stays, we recommend the Grieghallen or ByGarasjen parking garages, both within walking distance. Payment is available via the EasyPark app or by card.
