What we didn't expect was a complicated check-in process that seems like we were doing a scavenger or treasure hunt game - from retrieving a key at a different location to finding a wrong building because on Expedia it is listed as one address, and on a paper instruction (received after fetching for a key) is another address. And they are two different streets although not very far from each other but if you know Bergen, and dont drive a car, there are many steps to climb. Luckily we found out there is an elevator (and that bldg can be reached via elevator on 4th floor) as we have heavy suitcases. Then when we get to the building - it is another little maze game to find out which door it is - building A or B. So imagine us feeling tired from travelling and having to deal with scavenger hunt game and walked through the maze. Good view of the water and the mountain. Quite area but have supermarket nearby. Also instructions on getti n g to the unit from street or garage At least for building 62 and 63. Also include the hours of parking. We had no idea the garage closed. A parking pass would be beneficial. I would pay a little extra knowing i had acess to parking. The unit itself is nice. Customer support was also very good. In the shower area there are no soap racks to keep soap's or shampoos. We had to keep it on the floor and I think thats not convenient. Also there was no instructions to use the washing machine.
