Beautiful house built in 1889 in the town of Berge and completely restored by hand in the year 2025, modern rustic style retaining its essence and original spirit.

The ground floor consists of a fully equipped and functional kitchen-dining room, with a kitchenette that gives access to the cellar, which maintains part of its original winepress.  
  
The second floor will allow you to enjoy a relaxing reading area with pellet stove that gives direct access to the master bedroom with double bed and a small open closet.
