Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The home is well stocked with all of the essentials plus extras like snacks upon arrival. Owner had great communication. Would definitely recommend.

The outdoor area was amazing. It is what my wife wants at our house now. The wifi was really good. I did some gamming while my wife streamed tv. Did not have any problems with it being slow at any point. We recieved excellent comunication and heard back right away on the only question we had which was just verifying our intended use would not break any rules. This is the third property we have stayed at in Richmond. There was nothing wrong with the others but this is our favorite because of the out door area and hot tub.
