The Cocoonr/Bookandpay agency offers this charming 80 m² house for rent in Berck, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 8 travellers. It has a lovely 28 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 300 m² garden. With fibre-optic Wi-Fi and bed linen included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
Ground floor:  
\- A 28 m² living room with TV, sofa and fireplace (wood not provided)  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- Dining room  
\- Shower room  
\- A utility room   
\- Separate WC  
  
First floor:  
\- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bedroom 3: a pull-out bed (sleeps 2) and a bunk bed (sleeps 2)

For even greater comfort, you can take advantage of the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
