Quiet house of 80 m² composed of a living room with a lot of charm opening onto an open fitted and equipped kitchen (air fryer, toaster, microwave, oven, induction hob, coffee machine, washing machine) and three bedrooms with each of the bedrooms a double bed, a bathroom, a toilet downstairs and upstairs.
Reversible air conditioning downstairs.
The sofa bed has just been changed, it is new.
Swing and swimming pool with a plot of 300 m2 not overlooked.

An in-ground pool was made in October, the terrace was made in June.
The house is located in Bérat in a quiet location, behind the house is a small forest for walking.
Swimming pool open for sunny days from June to September or even October if the weather is good and the heat is there.
No parties are allowed in the accommodation.
Access A64 at 10 minutes and Toulouse at 35 minutes

Pets are allowed but the owner is responsible for his animal.
The condition that the peace and quiet of the area are respected. If he keeps one or more animals, he is then responsible for the damage and abnormal disturbance of the area caused by his animal(s).
For hygiene reasons, large dogs must not climb on the sofa or on the beds.
