From the airport transfer arranged by the hotel manager Rey from Tirana airport to each day we spent at the hotel, our stay wa made very pleasant by Rey (she also advised us re local sightseeing amd travel to other areas) and her staff especially Alaina at reception. The hotel is in a prime location, very peaceful compared to others in the area, in the centre of Berat with food places, local shops, cash exchange etc. it stands right in the centre with gorgeous views and overlooks the river and the castle at the top of the hill. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and modern. We had access to an iron which wa ever helpful. The breakfast is great on the top floor and varied each day. We loved our stay and want to thank Rey and her team for the amazing job that they do as hosts.
