Sadewa Villa - Bequia

Sadewa Villa is a sophisticated and secluded luxury residence located on a beautiful hill overlooking Spring Bay in Bequia. The villa sits on half an acre of lush, mature gardens and tropical vegetation and is located in one of the quietest areas of the island. Named after an ancient Himalayan village in Nepal, Sadewa Villa contains seven bedrooms and spans ten thousand square feet of premium quality space. Its innovative design makes it optimal for both large groups of 14 or more and still cozy enough for a couple's retreat. It is minutes away from the best beaches on the island and a short drive to great restaurants and nightlife.

The villa is situated approximately three miles from the town of Port Elizabeth, on the windward side of the island, and has an amazing view of the Caribbean Sea with a soft, cool breeze both day and night. Sadewa Villa is also equipped with all the modern amenities that could be desired on a relaxing vacation.

House rules:
Sadewa Villa is in a quiet, private community so please be mindful and respectful of the neighbours. No loud music playing or disturbing activity are allowed. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM.
Absolutely no parties are allowed at the villa. Having a party will result in immediate eviction from the property by the police. This helps preserve a peaceful atmosphere.
Please use door jams if you plan to keep the doors open. It can get windy at times and the doors, even interior doors, will slam and potentially damage.
Sadewa Villa is solar powered, however please be mindful of electricity usageand the environment. Please do not leave doors or windows open when using the air conditioning in a particular room. Please also turn the ACs off when leaving the house for long periods.
Absolutely no glass of any kind is allowed around the pool. We do have plastic cups and shatter proof wine glasses for drinking wine around the pool area.
Please remember to turn off all faucets after use to prevent water damage and to help protect the environment.
Please do not leave food on counters or other surfaces overnight as it will attract insects.
For everyone's comfort and safety, our property is entirely smoke-free inside. Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside the house.
Please let us know in advance if you're expecting additional visitors for overnight stays. Additional guests will require an increase in your booking fee.
Please clean up after yourselves and leave the space tidy, with dishes done and floors swept.
We understand that accidents happen. If anything gets broken or damaged, let us know right away so we can fix it.
