"In general I enjoyed the stay very much. The proprietor is lovely and helpful, the lodging itself is dated but full of charm. Breakfast was modest but fresh and very tasty. Being a Francophone helps as the host does not speak English but this is less an issue these days with translation tools available on your mobile device. The location is great - it is only abut a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach and area attractions, Only minor issue I had is an indirect bug relating to the historic character of the place: it is a house built in the 1850s, retaining a good amount of what are presumably a number of its original features. Part of those features are wooden floorboards and stairs which are quite noisy even with modestly careful treading, and the soundproofing is not really a thing there so I was woken early by this. Last thing to comment on is the cleanliness: although dated, the shower appeared to be newer and was super clean and welcoming, as did the rest of the bathroom. I find attention to detail when looking at bathing facilities tells a lot about a place, and this one passed the exam with flying colors. All in all, I highly recommend this lodging and would be happy to return there again when I've more time to explore the area."

Rez-de-chaussé fonctionnel, coin cuisine très bien aménagée vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine en bon état et en quantité, nombreux rangements.Ventilateur mis à disposition. Manque un accès à l'éclairage du séjour en entrant dans le logement. A l'étage, lits confortables mais manque de rangements juste une penderie .2 petites Sdb très appréciables.Très bon séjour avec 3 enfants"

"What an amazing stay this turned out to be for a last minute trip to visit the Normandy beach area. Mohammed made check in a joy and Sylvie the owner makes it feel more like staying with family than a normal hotel stay. She was able to get us a late dinner reservation by the beach even though it was a Monday night. They eveb set us up with the rental bikes including navigation assistance, so we had an amazing bike ride adventure to the restaurant, And Sylvie also took time the following morning to help me route my Normandy beach stops to maximize what little time I had. Anyways look forward to coming back and staying here again. I really couldn’t recommend it more if you need a home base while touring the Normandy area. Oh and don’t skip the breakfast! It was also amazing."

"The apartment was clean, spacious and had amazing Seaview. At night time it can be a bit noisy with people walking along the promenade. We can highly recommend the hotel restaurant. Breakfast was a French-style continental breakfast, but you could order hot dishes for an extra charge. We found our stay at the hotel and in the town very pleasant."
