Paula at the front desk was beyond rude I came in to check in i booked online she told me step to the side to help some who was door dash and she was being rude with them and also a black male and he called her racist . And she just flipped out on me I thought this lady was joke but she was serious I’m like what are you serious remind you I didn’t know the guy I just walked in so obviously she is racist and told me to go else where

The room looked like I was in a barracks. It was bare minimum - didn't even have a dish, spoon or glass in it. On the surface the room looked clean but the bottom of my white socks turned black when I walked on the floor without shoes. There were flies in the room and other bugs in the bathroom. I was supposed to stay 5 nights and couldn't do it for more than one night.

Do Not Stay there !!

We were only there for 2 nights…Have never seen a Hotel be so bland and austere. The room was actually depressing the room was Blank ! Not having at least a coffee pot in the room is ridiculous, and not even one located in the hotel …A person would have to bring their entire kitchen to cook … not a pot, pan, spoon, fork, glass or cup ! …one hard back uncomfortable Horrible chair for seating. ..Loud environment…was awakened every night.. people talking in hall, in the next room at 3:00 in the morning.. Only blinds over the window with no cover over them so the outside lights lit up the room all night interrupting sleep.. Someone hammering on walls. And it still cost me $350 for a hard bed !! One of the worst stays in my life ! Will never stay at one of these hotels again !

Staff was the lone ok spot, though I didn’t ever engage with them outside of check in/out. Rooms are run down and there was dirt on the floor by the bed (fake wood laminate floors). Was pretty clear they weren’t cleaned because there were also spots on the floor as if something dripped on the floor and never cleaned up. The front of the fridge also had something splattered all over it. Either that or it was a bunch of rust spots. Not great lighting in the room so kind of hard to tell. I could see through the bathroom door handle because the hole was bigger than the handle and there were tons of random screws and nails down the edge of the door as if it was falling apart and just kept being tacked back together. Despite all that, the nail in the coffin was when I looked up during my shower to see a little cockroach on the wall above me.

Staff member Charles was amazing...another women at night was the rudest person we have ever met. The front desk closes and you can't get help or get anyone to check in...had to call number on Expedia and wait an hour for someone to show up. Hotel was very dirty and outdated.

How this place has not been condemned or shut down by the health department is a mystery. One staff member I spoke to was friendly, aside from that this place is horrible. The general areas smell like smoke and weed, the rooms have an overpowering smell of bleach. My first room door lock would not lock, the door was open for anyone to come in. The staff changed my room and the key card they gave me didn't work. After my 3rd attempt to get settled into a room, my room ended up having black mold on the walls around the AC unit and dead roaches on the floor(probably overcome by the bleach). The toilet would not flush. Additionally my key card would not work at several of the exterior doors to the hotel. I had originally reserved 2 nights here but after a few hours I left and went somewhere else. I asked to be refunded for at least one of my nights there and they refused. AVOID THIS PLACE, IT'S WORSE THAN THE POOR REVIEWS!

Paula at the front desk was really nice, however the quality of the hotel itself is poor. It’s an inconvenience when there’s no one to assist with towels or needed items when the front desk closes and opens at certain hours. The sheets had stains on them and the rooms pictured online, don’t reflect how they look in person. We were so dissatisfied, to the point we had to change our two day trip into one, because the hotel was a complete mess. The window screens had holes in them, walls were filthy and beds were literally queen sized cots. Please be aware and cautious before booking. Again, Paula who checked us in was really nice, so this is nothing against her!

After a long day of driving, was looking forward to a good night sleep, boy was I wrong. Maybe got 2-3 hours of sleep. One of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. Full of roaches and all i get from staff is..."I'm sorry". Never ever again will we stay at this establishment. Will not recommend this place to anyone traveling thru Bentonville, Ar.
