Staying in Bentonville is close enough to Fayetteville to experience the college town activities when near campus, but then spend some time slightly north to enjoy another wonderful, old town square within walking distance of restaurants and bars and mountain-bike experiences. This rental is in a great location. It has a few stairs no matter which room you stay in, so it may be harder for some. But the space is new and beautiful and perfect for a group or family. We had a getaway with friends and had the best stay at the Bespoke Townhome. The decor was beautiful throughout, and the house was incredibly clean! The location was ideal for walking to great restaurants, shopping in the square and exploring downtown Bentonville. The provided a wonderful atmosphere for friends to visit while also having space if people needed to break away for some rest. It was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this property! The property is beautiful but there was a technical issue so we ended up without wifi for the weekend.
