Experience the art scene without even leaving the property by viewing our revolving art gallery by local artists. Northwest Arkansas is a collection of so many outstanding things, with the motto of "You Belong Here". We hope that you collect some amazing new memories when you stay with us in the HeART of NWA. Collective on Fifth: As you enter into through our front door you are greeted by a light filled living space with plenty of seating, smart tv and lavish gas fireplace. Gaze out the gorgeous windows at everything the Arts and Market District has to offer. Past the living area you continue into an oversized chef’s kitchen stocked with everything you need to make a delicious meal. You will enjoy sitting around the large dining table with the family or scooting up to the large quartz island for a wine tasting. Open the kitchen drawers and doors for all of your cooking and dining needs. The extra large pantry holds smaller appliances such as the crock pot, air fryer, expresso machine, coffee maker with a sample of local roasted beans, blender and so much more. Right outside of the dining space you will find double doors that guide you a couple steps down onto the private side patio where you can relax in the sun or cozy up around the fire pit while someone cooks on the propane grill. This is one of two outdoor spaces you get to enjoy. Continue down the corridor of the main level past the powder bathroom to find the en suite bedroom, the only one on this level, that provides a queen bed, luxurious linens and black out blinds. The attached bathroom has a large walk in shower with complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body soap. We provide lush towels, wash clothes, hand towels, makeup towels and a hair dryer to keep packing to a minimum. At the end of the home you will find a dedicated desk area for checking emails during your stay right next to the large laundry room. Guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer. This area leads to the 2 car garage where you can park your vehicle or bicycles for those who love to hit the trails. There are two additional parking spaces outside the garage. Back inside, take the stairs to the second level where you enjoy a second living space with an electric fireplace, wet bar and pull out sofa with bedding. Grab cards from the cabinet and pile around the round table for game night. Grab a quick coffee from the single serve Keurig or stash your favorite Prosecco in the beverage fridge for evening celebrations on the balcony. Yes, the covered balcony overlooking Bentonville is right off of the second living space. Enjoy the lights from the Momentary and sounds of occasional live music from Live on the Green while you chill around the propane fire pit on a brisk evening. Down the hall past the second powder bathroom you will find 2 king size bedrooms with walk in closets and smart tv’s. They share a big bathroom with tub/shower combo, double vanity, and those luxurious towels, bathroom essentials and hair dryer. At the end of the second level hallway you will arrive to the primary suite with eye-catching windows, tall ceilings and electric blinds for a wonderful night sleep. The stunning attached bathroom has a large soaker tub, double vanity, walk in shower with all the essentials you need and huge walk in closet. We provide a pillow menu, extra linens, iron, ironing board and steamer to make sure your clothes stay sharp. Satin pillowcases are located in the bedside tables! Besides the 4 beds and pullout sleeper sofa, to accommodate 12-14 people, we have a sofa futon for an adult or 2 small children in one of the bedrooms and a queen air mattress for 1 or 2 adults or children. We want you to feel right at home here at The Collective on Fifth. The house was gorgeous and Ashleigh was incredibly helpful. I mentioned that the only thing missing was a cheese grater and Ashleigh went and bought one and had it waiting at the house within the hour. Everything we could have possibly needed was there for us. The upstairs 'rec room' was a great place to play games and hang out, and we had a Shuffleboard tournament every night. My adult kids said this place has the wow factor! We had four vehicles. We parked two in the garage and two right beside the garage. Plenty of room. Two king beds, two queens, pullout couch, two blowup beds, and pak n play were all provided. We had everything we needed. Ashleigh was very helpful. We walked to the Momentary, hunted Easter eggs at the park, and walked to eat at The Table on 6th. We also enjoyed the live music and food trucks at 8th St Market which was within walking distance.
