Welcome to the "Bakewell Backhouse," a hidden sanctuary nestled within the heart of downtown Bentonville, just blocks to the square. Ascend a private, illuminated pathway that leads to your own lockable balcony, a haven for peaceful moments. Grill your favorites against the backdrop of scenic vistas or start your day with a cup of coffee amidst the treetops, a tranquil downtown retreat right at your doorstep.



Step inside this immaculate abode to find a space where modern architecture and lofty ceilings unite. Sunlight filters through numerous windows, painting the interior with natural warmth and granting a magnificent view of the surrounding treetops and beautiful Downtown homes. The Bakewell Backhouse offers an upscale treehouse ambiance that soothes and inspires.



The lower level is a haven of comfort, housing two bedrooms adorned with king beds for indulgent nights of rest. A cozy living room equipped with a smart TV invites relaxation, while an open kitchen boasts contemporary finishes to cater to culinary adventures. Upstairs, a sleeping loft beckons, adorned with two full beds and a twin trundle, perfect for groups of up to four. An additional smart TV, paired with comfortable sofas, creates a delightful space for unwinding.

This home is located in the heart of one of the nation’s fastest-growing regions, a small town with big-city energy! Being downtown means you’re steps from the action, which we love, but it also means there’s always the potential for city sounds, neighbors, or nearby construction.

While we can’t guarantee total silence, we do want you to be comfortable. If you experience any excessive noise outside of the city's quiet hours (10 PM – 7 AM), please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team. We’re here to help make your stay as peaceful as possible.
