Best beds ever! Love the ‘garden’ scented bath soap/shampoo/conditioner. No tissue for nose . Not enough hooks anywhere. Our room was accessible- so it’s a large bathroom with no where to set or hang clothes & amenities. The electric shades were difficult to manage.

Everything was great! The lady at the front desk when I checked in was very friendly and welcoming. Parking was easy, close to the front door. Did not have the breakfast but the coffee was fresh. The only thing I didn't care for was the water bottles in the room that were $2 each unless you were a priority Honors member. I think Hilton can afford two bottles of water at no charge.

Our overall experience was excellent, receiving a five-star rating. We did have two minor observations: there isn't a separate mirror or sink area outside of the bathroom, and the parking lot design at its furthest end, where vehicles are parked closely together, can make exiting challenging. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly, including the individual with the septum piercing. Additionally, a very kind lady assisted us at our table during the self-serve breakfast.

The room was nice and clean. We were put in a handicap room, for some reason. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Our amenities were lacking. We had to ask for coffee and our shower dispenser was empty. We would stay there again, when in Bentonville.

Very nice staff. Everything looked good. Room was clean and comfortable.In my bathroom under the sink the wall needed attention. Looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in years and wallpaper was lifting up. I don’t want to stay near the elevator again. Too many kids running around screaming at 5am.
