Turns out it was a quick bike ride to downtown and all trails, which is what we came to do. The townhome has a modern feel and all conveniences you could want. The only negative was no TV downstairs (not a huge deal for our family) and no remote to the TV in the second bedroom (a little bigger deal for teens who wanted to watch a movie).
