The home was perfect for our family gathering to celebrate a college graduation. We hosted a family dinner and the kids loved the fire pit and the games in the garage! The king size beds in each room were a plus!

This place was awesome for my husband and I and our two adult sons who came to Bentonville to mountain bike. The home has easy access to the trails. It is very nice and comfortable. It is one of the best stocked VRBO's we've rented. It had everything we needed. The only thing we had wished for were bike racks in the garage. My husband noticed some in boxes so I'm guessing that is the plan. We would definitely stay here again.

The trash cans were overflowing when we go there. We had to store garbage bags inside the garage so raccoons and other animals wouldnt get into it. I reached out to ask about the gabage pick up day, to make sure we didnt miss it. I never received a response.

Property was exactly what we needed it to be. The only "issue" we had with it were the outdoor lights on the house. While they made it easy to find the house in the dark, it was not helpful when trying to sleep. The blue blinking/flashing reflecting off the walls even with the blinds being down was reminiscent of police car lights. So bring a eye mask. Overall, very nice place.

Clean but needed a few things

It was clean and good location. It was missing some things and many little things that needed to be fixed. - the towel rack in the bathroom was loose and kept falling to the ground so didn't have any where to hang towels. - blinds in the kitchen window very loose, tried to open to get in light and they fell off the brackets. - we cooked yet limited on pans. Please add more good cooking quality pans. - No extra blankets just the ones on the beds, it would have been great for some of us run cold and wanted more blankets. -
