Perfect place to stay ! Much better than a hotel and basically the same price as 2 rooms which would of been what we needed ! Will definitely stay again when we come back for a concert !

Our experience was excellent. We initially booked another property, but it was significantly damaged by another guest and repairs would not be done in time. Rather than canceling the booking, the host made this property available to us as an alternative. I really appreciated the proactive outreach and the fact I didn't have to start my search for a home all over again. The house was clean and very well presented. There were some minor cosmetic things that could be fixed, but nothing that adversely impacted our stay. My only complaint is it smelled like it was formerly a smoker's house. I'm highly sensitive to smoke and it flared up my allergies, but it was very sublte (only myself and one other guest noticed). I could tell great effort was put in to clean and eliminate the odor, so I hate to even say anything, but I would want to know something like this if I was booking this home. Again, the host had incredible communication, was very responsive, addressed the issue with the original rental proactively and maintained a clean and comfortable home. I would absolutely rent from them again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
