The resident upstairs came in at 4am and was moving things and walking/stomping around for about an hour, during which I was rudely awaken and couldn't fall back asleep.

The only bad tho g about the room was the AC block, huge and very noisy. They would be better off using mini splits, those big bulky AC unit are obsolete.
