Centrally located in Downtown New Buffalo is an updated TWO bedroom, ONE bathroom home with incredible Gable Sunroom that has everything you need in walking distance...enjoy morning coffee at David's Deli, grocery shopping at Barney’s, spend the day at the New Buffalo Beach and evenings dining in New Buffalo's finest restaurants - Stray Dog, Beer Church, Villa Nova, Brewsters, Sonny’s, Caseys, Redamak’s as well as a late night ice cream treat at Oink’s or Nancy's. We even have a beautiful local Starbucks with a farmers market in back.

Wonderful home in a great location. The house has everything you need, well appointed and walking distance to the beach and town. Communication was very good, What few questions we had were quickly answered. We would definitely stay here again on future visits to New Buffalo.

#### A Wonderful Stay!

My best friend and I stayed here for a long weekend. We had an absolutely wonderful stay and loved this property. The house was clean, comfortable, welcoming, cozy and well stocked. We particularly loved the sun porch and the backyard. What a beautiful property. I would definitely stay here again.

#### Another Fabulous Stay

This is our second year staying at this lovely home and we hope to return for a third. Our kids love the backyard playground and hanging in the sunroom. The outdoor shower is a huge bonus and the kitchen is stocked with anything you would need. Fabulous stay!

Adorable little spot in New Buffalo, super conveniently located and very well equipped with everything we needed. Our toddler loved the playset in the backyard too. Decor throughout the house was also so cute! Would definitely stay here again for a future family getaway to the beach!

We LOVE staying here - it’s the perfect house in the perfect spot! The sunroom and backyard are our families favorite place to unplug and relax. The house is immaculate & perfectly set up and stocked for whatever you might need. We will back again next year!

We enjoyed our time! Would definitely rent your place again! Very cute house, decorated nicely! Screened in back porch was very relaxing! #### Perfect little place 

This property had more than we needed and I wish had actually gotten to spend more time there than just sleeping. The home was very clean and so cute! It is so close to everything as well. I could have spent my entire time on that back room with all the windows, it was beautiful! Lots of extras provided if needed. Would definitely recommend this place or stay again.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. House has everything you need. Amazing sunroom with comfy furniture to relax. Short walk to restaurants and shopping. Wish it was a longer trip. Great communication with the owner too.

Loved it! The place looks exactly like the pictures. It was clean and tidy when we arrived. The sunroom is wonderful!!! My favorite part of the entire place. Very close to downtown as well. No complaints! Would definitely stay again next time I’m in town.

#### New Buffalo at it’s finest!

Wonderful stay! Super clean and well stocked with everything a family would want. Our absolute favorite part was the large 3 season room off the back of the house. The couch was so cozy and the set up back there was so perfect! 8 min walk to Stray Dogs and 10 to the beach. Highly recommend Brewsters “Blanca’s thin crust pizza” sooo good! We came up to enjoy the beach/town and to watch Ohio State Buckeyes at Norte Dame game only 45-50 min away from stadium. Highly recommend this beach house!

This properly was cizy and beautiful. The 4 seasons room on the back of the house was the best feature, though. It was so cozy, in fact, that we barely took advantage of the beautiful interior, which was immaculate (except that some previous guest put dirty pans away-- hardly the fault of the owner. I certainly wouldn't expect them to go through the cabinets to be sure the dishes were clean. Some people!).This was a great house for a great price. Ill be back if i ever need to stay in NB again!

#### Such a fabulous stay!

Such a fabulous stay! As much as I’d love to keep this gem of a listing a secret so it’s available when we visit New Buffalo again next summer, the property and its owner are deserving of a truly glowing review! This house was absolutely perfect for our small family’s stay this year in New Buffalo. Plenty of room for us, yet still cozy and comfortable. Beautifully appointed in both decor and function, but comfy enough to lounge around. And when I say the house was spotless upon our arrival, I mean it! Everything we needed was there, we truly didn’t need a thing during our stay (minus a dishwasher but that didn’t bother us for as much as we eat out and bring our own disposable plates). Beds were comfortable, beautifully soft bedding, fully appointed kitchen with every utensil you need to cook in if you’d like, chairs and beach towels for the beach, the list goes on and on! And beautifully thoughtful touches here and there that made us feel welcome and at home. For us, the huge three-season sunroom in back and the backyard with comfy chairs around an adorably lit fire pit were amenities that took this house over the top. We don’t just hope to stay here again, we plan to stay here again! Thank you for everything at the Rustic Refined Retreat!
