New Buffalo Home With Private Heated Pool! 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, Sleeps 7 Creekside Cottage is such a charming place, you may never want to leave. Featuring a gorgeous and private heated pool (open May 24th until Sep 30th!) This adorable home is furnished and decorated in a wonderful cottage style. The vaulted ceilings and the multiple French doors are just a couple of the features that keep the natural light flowing through each and every room. There are 3 bedroom (two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms) and 3 baths, all on one level and now with brand new mattresses & bedding. The living room, kitchen and dining are all open to one another, enhancing the interaction between friends and family. There is a gas fireplace in the living room for those chilly fall evenings. Lots of outdoor decking as well as a beautiful screened-in porch perfect for that morning coffee. Home also features a new HVAC system with a high intensity ultra-violet light feature for killing mold and most viruses. All the amenities you would expect in a quality rental including private heated pool, gas grill, washer/dryer, internet, central AC & heat, and much more! You can walk about 3 blocks to the Marina Grand Hotel and Bentwood restaurant. About 7 blocks to the very center of New Buffalo. This cottage is located in New Buffalo and their public beach. \*\*Sunset Shores beaches have been impacted by storms and a couple years of harsh winters. We hope they will be back to normal by the time of your rental. (This has always been a smaller beach; there will be some, but we are hoping more of the beach to come back this Spring and early Summer) New Buffalo Beach, about one mile away and has paid parking. \*\*While the association beach nearby is not for lounging it is a great place to catch the sunset! \*\*All Guests required to sign and return our Guest Occupancy Agreement. \*\*Minimum age of 25 years old to rent. \*\*Maximum four car parking. The only problem we found was that when two showers run at the same time, they don’t get hot, but we had no problems as long as simultaneous running didn’t occur. This was our first stay at Creekside Cottage and there are many reasons that we would return. Located at the end of a street and tucked in so perfectly on the property made for a feeling that you were isolated from some of the other rentals and all that can sometimes go with that. The cottage décor was very nice and thoughtfully well done. There were a few blips that we discovered, either with something just not our preference or unfortunate to not being in operation...such as the fireplace. The fireplace is turned off for the summer months, beginning with the month of May, which early May was when we stayed. We did experience a blip with the hot water on our first evening. It ran cold after some initial use we had, however the response was quick with someone being sent first thing the next morning. The problem resolved and not experienced the remainder of the trip. The draw of having a quick walk down the block to the creek which leads to the lake was something I was looking forward to and the sunset on Saturday night did not disappoint! Impressive cleanliness and kitchen equipment. Would have been nice to have a shot glass! Disappointed about private beach, but I know you can’t do anything about the weather. Might have provided for some free parking at the public beach. Also beach chairs would have been nice. We loved screened in porch. Accommodations were perfect. Loved the area and ice cream shops. The location is close to town, shopping, gas, restaurants. We did a wine tour that picked up and dropped off from door to door. Everything was so great about that weekend! The house just added to it, beautifully decorated as a beach house, easily can be the center for large gatherings outside the way it was designed. Thank you for opening your home for rental, we absolutely loved it!! Wish we could’ve stayed longer🤗 ##### Jo G.
