"Clean and comfortable accomodations. Quiet. Only complaint was the wife thought the water did not get hot enough to take a hot bath. Fun surroundings with farm atmosphere and peaceful area."

"The room was absolutely disgusting.The furniture in the room was damaged when we arrived resulting in a whole damn Er visit after i fell out of a chair with a roller missing so we actually didn't even stay really because we didn't get back until 3am .And now ill pbly have a 2 or 300 dollar bill cuz the ambulance had to come -Worst Ever!! Im seriously thinking of getting a lawyer and apparently management Was notified and get bk the broken chair is Still in the room and the 2nd broken disgusting dirty roller is on the table by a plate of food SERIOUSLY!!!Oh not too mention the picture frame with roaches in plain view that is obvious they been there for a Long time Smh unbelievable-n yes i have pictures of everything just in case -im just in shock"

"Have not stayed here in years. The upgrades are wonderful my stay there was very relaxing and pleasant. I do plan on coming back again for a vacation thank you all so much for your hospitality. Everything was so good. PS I think you need to get a bigger size in cups for coffee dough for breakfast."

"This property has an excellent view of the Pamlico River, I saw numerous wildlife species- River otters, a Swan, ducks, an Osprey, Cormorants as well as deer wandering around at nights. This property is at the end of a private drive so you have drive thru traffic. The owner was very prompt and responsive withany and every inquiry before and during our stay! The owner even called and gave me his cell number. No more texting! He said just call me anytime with any questions! Who even does that anymore? Great location and a great value! Steve R,"

Charming 2-bedroom Waterfront House with private boat slip on Blount's Creek

"The property was beautiful, relaxing and quiet. Being able to fish on a private dock, catch plenty of fish and watch the sunrise was what we were looking for. The host was very quick to respond to our needs. The house was clean and cozy. My husband and I celebrated with my sister and brother in law for our anniversaries. We all truly enjoyed from check in to check out. I will never, ever, ever stay there again for only a weekend. Next time it will be a week."
