Definitely not a four star....a three start at best.
No gym or pool.
No amenities in the bathroom which you would expect.
Requested a queenside on my booking 9 months ago, that didn't happen.
Went to see reception straight away and advised me two single beds put together is all they had on the day
The only savings grace it is next to the tourist attraction and on top of a shopping centre if you need food.
Vegetarian will find it difficult as everything has meat in it.
Sanoma a restaurant in the centre was my savings grace, beautiful food and superb service and very reasonable.
This is the first time I have written anything bad about any place I have ever booked
But unfortunately I have to tell the truth.

We stayed in a triple room on the sixth floor which had a big bed for two and a small double opened sofa for our six year old which was great. The mattress was excellent. The pillows for me a bit too thick. The room had a big windows on one side overlooking the pool, long table, one chair. Just about enough hanging and shelves, mini bar. Bathroom had walk-in double shower with two shower heads, good size bathroom. Good A/C keeping the room in perfect temp. Generally the room was good just not much other space, we used the bathroom stool for extra seat in the room. Room cleaned every day. Located just outside center extremely convenient metro in front of it and excellent bus links to all town. Very quick to centre of Valencia. We got SUMA travel cards which included all transport. Has a pool. We used it but too busy. Didn’t eat there as better options outside. Fantastic choice for restaurants in Valencia.
More basic feel hotel. Not 4 star but more 3 star. Weird but no kettle in the room so nespresso machine in the lobby for coffee £1.50. There’s a bar and a restaurant in the hotel. The carpets in the hallway smell stale which wasn’t nice but the room was good. Didn’t use Parking but it’s just there. Three supermarkets two min walk with very good food choices and pastries,bars so good location for that too. We got last minute discounted price for the room £660 so we got a good deal .

El mejor hotel en el que he estado (por menos de 150 euros) la ubicación, las instalaciones, el cuarto, los amenities, la limpieza INMEJORABLE, unico "pero" el elevador, es de risa, por lo demás cada vez que vaya a Valencia nos hospedaremos ahí
