We enjoyed our 3day stay at Hotel Zetta, and loved the location as well as the games/arcade available for guests! There was complimentary coffee and donuts, and hotel was very clean. We weren’t able to check in early but they held our bags til our rooms were ready.

Staff is so polite and very helpful. The beds were firm-great for anyone who has a challenged back. Elevator is vintage and really neat but, not made for modern luggage and wheelchairs. Super clean-I always check! Lovely, convenient stay.

Hotel EPIK is a great spot for a quick overnight in San Francisco. There are two parking spots to unload your stuff on a one-way street around the corner from the entrance. Unfortunately, our room was not available until 4:30 - an hour and a half after it was supposed to be ready. After a three-hour drive and we were late for an event, it wasn't the best experience. The neighborhood isn't great, but it's a city and that's the way it goes.

Older property well maintained. Small rooms but comfortable. Staff sharp and attentive.

It was a very nice stay, just for the weekend. Close to grocery shopping and necessity shopping, Trader Joe’s and Target. Walkable distance to union square and eateries.
