Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I was woken up at 6 in the morning, asking me to fill in the water as the water machine got burnt- this is just not acceptable . How would you expect someone to have a bath at 6am in the morning ? And over and above the room was noisy as well- there was some maintenance work at 1am in the morning
