The beach restaurants, such as the Sunset or the Ammonites will awaken your taste buds while basking in the sun. For the youngest, you will also find the Lilo Z'enfant park on the beach. Deauville and Trouville are 5 minutes away by car, or let yourself be tempted by a bike ride. From the balcony, let yourself be seduced by a pleasant view of the Clairefontaine racecourse as well as a magnificent escape to the sea, in a setting that is both peaceful and central.

Located on the top floor (4th floor) with lift, this bright property offers a beautiful modern living room, tastefully decorated, designed to combine comfort and conviviality. The large bay window floods the room with light and opens onto a balcony furnished with garden table and parasol, perfect for enjoying a moment in the sun or admiring the view.PGJyPg
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (only on request) thanks to a sofa bed, ideal for a stay with family or friends. The kitchen, fully equipped and furnished, allows you to fully enjoy your stay in complete autonomy.

On the night side, a bedroom area separated by curtains offers you a comfortable double bed, accompanied by a bathroom with a large shower and toilet. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

For even more comfort, a parking space is at your disposal, as well as two bicycles available in the cellar to fully enjoy walks on the Côte Fleurie 🚲

Between sea, relaxation and comfort, this accommodation is the perfect address for a getaway in Deauville.

If you need additional equipment, we offer the rental of cots and high chairs, delivered and installed before your arrival:

Upon arrival, beds will be made and towels, bath mats and tea towels will be at your disposal. Dressing gowns and slippers can also be provided upon request, at an extra cost.

Your concierge will contact you 48 hours prior to your arrival to arrange a schedule with you. She will give you the keys to the accommodation and will remain your main contact throughout your stay.

Check-in is between 4pm and 8pm. Before your stay, you will be asked for a deposit by bank imprint (without affecting the limit of your card), as well as a certificate of civil liability.
