The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Ensure that umbrella it is closed. Clean the grill with the brush, replace used drip tray/pan, and ensure the cover is on. All SUPs, paddles, lifejackets, and tubes should be returned to the garage.

Please load and start both washing machines with sheets/towels. Please do NOT mix colors and whites and do not overload the washers.

Please leave both (2) garage door openers on the kitchen counter. A $100 fee will be charged for each garage opener if not returned at time of checkout.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Gorgeous home, wonderful location on the river!

The home is more beautiful and spacious than I expected, with wonderful views of the river and downtown from so many rooms. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, and we really enjoyed paddle boarding out the back gate. It’s very close to downtown for early morning walks to coffee and great restaurants. Couldn’t ask for a better place for our family to gather!
