Stocked with everything you will need and more. The home has a full kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. Living room is just off the kitchen with a new ceiling fan installed for your comfort. Large Samsung TV with Blu Ray. One of two patios is off the living room. Washer and dryers are near the kitchen with additional machines in the club house. There is also an enclosed patio with a BBQ for your use year round. Enjoy your ski days with just 20 minutes to Mt Bachelor for your summer and winter enjoyment. Several restaurants in the Sunriver Village & numerous shops. The primary bedroom has a queen bed with your own TV. Full primary bathroom. The primary bedroom is located just off the living room. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a TV. There are also games and puzzles for your use in the closet. Great for the kids for their own space. The owner has provided a Pak & Play with sheets for your use. There is a full bathroom next to the bedroom. Just off the living room is one of two enclosed patios. The living room has a TV - Blu-ray player. Just down the walking path is the condo's private heated pool (seasonal) and hot tub (year round), with beach towels provided. Just close enough for connivence and far away from any pool noise. Towering Ponderosa Pines keep this condo cool in the summer and beautiful year round. Enjoy the provided bikes for your use to explore the over 40 miles of bike paths through out Sunriver and several miles of paths in Caldera. Take advantage of all that Sunriver has to offer with being just steps away from the resort. Located just off Century Road in the Business Park. No road noise, just the beautiful Deschutes Forest in your back yard. No smoking or vaping allowed in the home, or on property. No pets are allowed because of allergies. Condo pool opens Memorial weekend and closes September 30th. Hot Tub is open all winter. We spent a day enjoying the beauty of Crater Lake before traveling on to spend a few days on the Oregon Coast. We were there for a family reunion so spent very little time in the condo and didn't use the hot tub. It was comfortable and we liked the pool and hot tub. It was close enough to everything Sunriver has to offer. Although there are bikes available that are usable, we ended up renting bikes because the bikes weren't as comfortable to ride as we wanted. Just an fyi in case you plan to do a lot of biking on the wonderful bike paths in Sunriver. Overall, no complaints and it was a great experience for a getaway. ##### Shane F. This made the whole place feel just like home. The amenities were abundant and well appointed. We especially appreciated the ground floor access. Condo was clean and well-stocked. We've stayed at this complex before and we love that it has its own pool, and that it's quieter than Sunriver proper but just a few minutes from the village whether you're on foot, bike or driving. The only issue with the condo was that the bedroom ceiling lights are oddly wired together so that you have to play around with the switches to figure out how NOT to have both lights on/off at the same time. But other than that, we loved our stay here. First-floor unit so it was cooler than the upstairs units usually are. Comfortable beds, very nice BBQ, good assortment of games and a few movies (both DVD and VHS). Definitely recommend staying at Bridget's condo. ##### Ian and Heather R. It was clean, however the outside decks had quiet a bit of tree debris and dirt and seem to be excluded from the routine cleaning. The condo is due for a deep cleaning such as dusting, but at the surface level it was clean. We loved the private pool and we found a bike for all four of us ranging in height from 5'-6'6". This condo is in the business park so not super close to the village, however that made it quiet, which we prefer, and it was a quick bike ride or drive to get to the village. I was a little worried that it doesn't have a/c but being a shady ground unit with fans it stayed comfortable at the end of July. Would absolutely stay here again. ##### Kyra K. The downstairs condos are darker than the upstairs condos, but when it's hot out, the downstairs condos are a lot cooler, which is a trade-off we prefer. Kitchen is well-stocked for eating in, including a barbecue. Beds are comfortable. Bridget also supplies a few board games which we've used before. The pool is just around the corner. Powder Village is outside Sunriver proper, which means there are no SHARC passes, but the complex has its own pool and hot tub which we think are better than SHARC (from what we've heard, SHARC can be as crowded as Disneyland). And you're only a few minutes by car or bike from the main village area. And this complex is a lot more economical than a lot of houses or condos in Sunriver proper. We definitely recommend Bridget's condo and we'll most likely stay here again! ##### Ian and Heather R.
