Awesome location. Nice, clean and close to everything that is great in Bend - the river, Mt. Bachelor, the Old Mill District with shopping, restaurants and movie theaters. Walk along the river all the way to Hayden Homes Ampitheatre for concerts. Cycle, kayak, paddle board, hike, and walk right out the door to some of the best spots in town. You can be in the river in less than 3 minutes. Walk to several breweries from the house. You’ll love the location, amenities, the outdoor space, and the comfy bed. The 7-mile paved river trail is across the street. Everything is close by. The white-water park is only a mile walk away. It's fun to watch the surfers and white-water kayakers on the waves. It's also fun to watch the hundreds of individuals float thru the rapids in the summer on float tubes. I can 't begin to tell everyone about this cute place to enjoy some time in Bend! The host, Linda, is absolutely fabulous. Not only is she gracious, but she will also go out of her way to make sure your trip and accommodations are the best ever. We went to view a concert but were able to see 3 concerts! We used Lind's kayak and floated down the river and saw the Doobie Brothers. The following nights we took a short walk and listened to another. We loved our stay and felt central to all activities we wanted to do in Bend. We we walked to breweries and many restaurants around the area.
