Located on the east side of Bend on the back of a beautiful treed lot across from a city park, this Minni retreat is the perfect place to experience tiny house living while visiting Bend. It is new construction, designed in comfortable contemporary colors and styles with everything you need and nothing you don't. Simple living, beautifully done. It has everything you need, and nothing you don't! This home features: ● Open Tiny Home layout where all the spaces seamlessly flow together ● Queen bed in the upstairs loft ● Private bathroom with walk-in glass shower ● Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and all the pots and pans you need for at home cooking ● Coffee bar with coffee, sugar, non-dairy creamer, tea ● Cute little sitting area with book shelves and flat screen Smart TV ● Free high speed wireless internet ● Ductless AC/heating system ● Washer and dryer combination machine ● Outdoor patio area with seating ● Outside area can be fully fenced and secure for pets ● Outdoor covered storage shed ● Outdoor propane BBQ (seasonal, Memorial Day - Labor Day) ● Located across the street from a large, public park with plenty of green space This tiny house is located on the side of a residential lot but has its own private, fenced off patio area, private entrance, and designated off-street parking spot. There is also an outdoor storage shed that measures approximately 6x4' that is entirely for guest use, with a padlocked door. It is great for storing bikes, outdoor equipment, or simply for stowing empty suitcases while you are here. The Minni House is an adorable little place in a great neighborhood! This is a private, standalone house exclusively for guest use. The house and patio area are unshared by others. We have complete contactless check-in for the convenience and safety of our guests. This tiny house is located on the back of a residential lot with full time residents that live there. They have five school aged kids that you may see playing basketball on the half court, or tossing a baseball in the park across the street. The Minni Retreat house is fenced off from the house to provide a private patio area for the guests and we used the highest quality soundproofing building materials for this home. So though you may see them on the other side of the fence a couple times during your stay, you won't hear them! All towels, linens and bedding are included. We also leave guests a small amount of starter supplies including: toilet paper, paper towels, dish and laundry soaps, hand soaps, bath soap, shampoo, and coffee bar items mentioned above. We also provide blow dryers, iron and ironing board. Please plan accordingly to bring anything else you may wish to have with you on your trip. Note: Guests who book this home will be required to sign an auxiliary rental packet with specific rules and information included, such as neighborhood quiet hours, check in and out time restrictions, and non-smoking policies. My husband and I, and our two dogs, had a really nice stay at the Minni. The neighborhood is clean and quiet, with a beautiful park right across the street. We had great walks around the neighborhood with our dogs. The owners live next door and they are very quiet and respectful as well. The unit itself is cozy and has everything you would need for a short stay. Kitchen and bath are well appointed with the needed 'hardware' for a short stay. The bed upstairs is in a loft and the ceiling is canted, making it a little tight up there. If you're a large person this could be difficult. First of all she's adorable, right across the street from a nice park, and just 5 minutes to the historic downtown. When I walked in I noticed immediately how well maintained and clean she was, and then second how much bigger she appeared than what I was expecting. There was a place for everything! Well designed kitchen big enough to easily prepare food in, with all the appliances down to toaster. Nice dining table that easily doubled for a desk/work space for me too. Great bathroom with walk in glass shower, and nice size vanity. My favorite "extra" benefit was a nice washer/dryer super handy for my Bend biking clothes. Very comfy queen bed in the sleeping loft, with nice linen. I enjoyed the relaxing couch in the living area for reading or watching TV . Nice (private) outdoor patio for sunning too. All in all I spent 4 wonderful days experiencing Bend from a super comfortable home. The manager was great and so easy to work with, and didn't mind answering questions about Bend from a locals point of view---very helpful. I'm ready to book my next stay this Spring --- as soon as I get my days off work I'm heading back to my Minni --- Thank you!!! ##### Alycia M.
