Comfortable 464 sq ft studio condo in Sunriver, OR that can sleep 4. Condo offers 1 Queen bed and 1 Queeen sofa Bed, 1 bathroom and a kitchenette. Both mattresses are new.
tip:Sofa mattress is thinner than a regular mattress because it has to fold inside of the couch.
kitchenette includes: mini fridge, microwave, keurig coffee maker with complemnetary K-cup coffee, sink, toaster oven. Portable countertop burner with pots and pans. Air fryer.
Features a cozy atmosphere with high wood ceilings.
You will enjoy a peaceful setting out on the balcony with a gas grill .
This is a upper unit. Stairs are required.
Includes: 4 Sharc Passes to the pool.

Cozy Getaway

This quiet cozy getaway is close to Sun Rivers Village, which provides shopping, food, and fun!The passes to the swimming pool and hot tub are an added bonus! Loved how incredibly clean and quaint this little studio condo was!!!

This unit is so clean and cute!! We were very comfortable. We walked to village for breakfast every morning and overall had a great time in Sunriver. You won't be sorry you stayed here!

Great Mini Vaca!

Cutest little condo! It was perfect for our little family of 3. The queen bed was amazing. I think the sofa bed needs to be replaced but my daughter made it work. Great location and very easy to get to all of our activities.

Perfect 3 night get away

The condo is perfectly located from Village. It was cute, clean, quant, quite and relaxing. Perfect for a couple or small family. We picked up several Duralogs for the fireplace, which gave a perfect ambiance. We're sure to be back!

A good studio for a getaway

My wife son and I stayed here for 2 nights. Unfortunately there was no snow this December but the host was prompt to make sure we had what we needed to get in. The place was clean up on arrival and has Internet and TV for downtime. Overall A+ host and accomodations

Perfect for conference

Thank for a great stay. The location is perfect for attending conferences at the Great Hall and Homestead buildings. It was a two minute walk. Check in and check out were easy and the place is quiet. It was nice to cuddle up with a blanket and watch TV or read a book. Can’t wait until next year!

A great getaway

Excellent location, everything you need is there, a cozy place for a weekend with my granddaughter. I wouldn’t recommend for two couples as the hide-a-bed couch mattress is not suitable for adults, but my granddaughter found it worked for her, so not a big deal for us. Thanks to Julie , who was a great communicator and made us very welcome.

Adorable place to stay, perfect for our family of 4. Close to everything- we walked and biked everywhere. I was worried about being on the 2nd floor with no AC in mid-July, but it stayed cool with the fan/wall system, the kids even said they were cold! Felt safe with the main door that locks to the building and the condo door. Cute updated decor!

Cozy stay in perfect location

We stayed at Julie's condo with our two young children. It was in a perfect location with ample parking. The kitchen had everything we needed to prep small meals. Having the SHARC passes was great, we went there everyday. We loved the 1.2m bike ride, our 4 year really improved his biking skills on this trip! Our only issue was with the pullout sofa, it was really creaky and made the kids wake up easily. We solved this by pulling the mattress on to the ground and had no other issues. Julie is very responsive, we would be glad to rent from her again!
