Come enjoy our home in the peaceful NW part of Sunriver--walk to Deschutes River trails. Well-stocked kitchen, gas fireplace, privacy between the master and the other 2 bedrooms, Property sleeps 8 persons. HDTV (Roku), WiFi, many bikes for the 43 miles of paved paths, BBQ grill on large back deck, and private hot tub. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Sunriver has SHARC recreation facility, tennis, pickle ball, Village Mall/restaurants, many other amenities. Skiing at Mt. Bachelor is only a 35 min drive. Close to many mountain lakes. Guests have access to 8 Recreation Plus cards (SHARC, Tennis-Pickleball, and Boat Launch with water flotation rentals).

Great vacation!

House was nice but comfortable. Very easy to settle in. Kitchen wasn’t as clean as it should have been but I’m a stickler.

Great Place

The owner was very helpful, and we had a great time. Family enjoyed the hot tub, ping pong table and barbeque. The maintenance staff did a great job in providing support when there were a couple of requests. Overall, we enjoyed the house and location. Thanks for sharing it with us.

Nice quiet getaway

We loved the light in this house. Evenings in front of the fireplace. Kitchen had everything we wanted. We were very comfortable. If I had to pick one thing I’d say we loved the quiet the most. Thank you.

Great home in Sunriver!

We had a great stay in this home. The home is located in a nice quiet location in Sunriver and has a great deck and backyard. The home was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The communication and information from the owner was helpful as well.

Great Family Weekend

House was clean and well appointed. Neighborhood was SUPER quiet. House is laid out nicely for a family getaway. The SHARC passes were a lovely touch and a Mama deer and her two babies visited every morning and evening as we sat on the porch. We would definitely book this house again.

Great vacation spot

This was a wonderful place to relax with family and our dog. My wife, a "foodee", especially appreciated the gas range--apparently a rarity in Sunriver. A couple of questions arose during our stay. The owner, Ken, and his wife were very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful Sunriver House near the Woodlands Golf Course

Beautiful house in a very quiet neighborhood. We absolutely loved this place. Very close to the Woodlands golf course and a great jump off spot to all Sunriver activities. This house was a great fit for our family and I would definitely come back.
