Perfect for a special family getaway in Sunriver! Charming, comfortable and clean 3bdrm/2ba single-level beautiful home with A/C just a couple of blocks from SHARC and an easy walk or bike ride to the Village. Foosball, ping pong and pool table in carpeted, heated, insulated garage make for year-round fun without leaving the house! Enjoy 8 SHARC passes for water fun. Note: the outdoor pool is seasonal and indoor pool is open year-round. SHARC operations are not guaranteed and we are not able to provide reservation refunds due to closures. The home also offers a private hot tub and gas barbecue on back deck, 9 bikes for a range of ages, tennis racquets, basketball, flotation devices and more! 5 Red Fir offers a beautiful open living area with flat screen cable TV. Wood pellet stove for a cozy feel in the winter. Wood patio furniture with lighted umbrella for fun barbecues in summer. Gorgeous fully equipped kitchen with skylight, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including dishwasher. Large dining room table seats 8\. Picture windows bring in plenty of light. Lovely and huge master bedroom with flat screen cable TV, comfortable queen bed with memory foam topper, 2 dressers, walk-in closet and sliding glass door to back deck. En suite bathroom in master with beautiful updated shower with new tile and skylight. Off the main hall is a 2nd queen bedroom, also with comfortable foam mattress topper. 3rd bedroom has bunk beds for the kids (or playful adults)! Both the 2nd and 3rd bedroom have easy access to hall bathroom. Full sized washer and dryer in separate room between house and garage. WiFi throughout, adult and family games, puzzles, dvds, sonos, chess/checkers table. Our house is on a quiet loop just a couple of blocks from SHARC and a short walk or bike ride to the Village. Extra privacy from neighbors and the nearby bike path is provided by a berm off the back deck. Please note that late summer and early fall are wildfire season in Central Oregon, and the air quality may be effected. This may also lead to closures at SHARC. We are unable to offer refunds due to air quality or closures and recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns. Also, our house is not intended to be a party house, so if this is what you are looking for, we ask that you please look elsewhere. Whatever the season, day or night, this home has something to offer our guests, day or night! Water slides at SHARC, long walks or bike rides along 35 miles of Sunriver paved trails, hike to Benham Falls, play mini glow-golf at night, visit the Sunriver Observatory, ski at Mt. Bachelor, raft the Deschutes, have morning coffee in the Village. For those who want to venture farther out, climb at Smith Rock, hunt for thunder eggs, explore lava caves. John was super communicative and helpful. Easy check in. Provided some info on the local fun. 8 SHARC Passes available for the pool facility use which is a 2-3 minute walk or 1 minute drive. The house was so well stocked for all you need and if you like to cook, it has plenty of cookware and even spices and a few other things. Coffee and a grinder for you coffee peeps. The hot tub is nice and secluded. There were bikes for a family of 8, and a awesome game room in the garage. The front room windows when open provide amazing sunlight and views during the day. Beds were super comfortable for a good night's rest. 10-25 minute drive to awesome waterfalls, hiking, and some underground caves. 20 minute drive to Bend and 2-3 minute drive or 10-15 minute walk to the Sunriver Village. The property was perfect for us. Lots of space and the garage/game room was a hit with the kids. Hot Tub was a must after a long day of skiing. It was super clean and well maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped. The beds are comfortable. We used the bikes and the game room and the children thoroughly enjoyed both. This house was a perfect fit for our family. We enjoyed the great room/open kitchen area. Large sofa and two comfortable chairs more than accommodated us for family movie time. House was clean and well stocked with appropriate kitchen tools. Pool table and ping pong table were a hit with our pre-teen and teens. There were bikes to accommodate us all. We had a great week at this property. We were nervous to leave our bikes and some of our other toys behind but this house was fully stocked with everything you need for a fun weekend with our boys ages 3, 8 and 11 - tennis, pickle ball, bikes, floats, ping pong, frisbee golf, etc. The location is great for a short walk to the SHARC, a short ride to Fort Rock park or a nice morning walk for coffee to the village. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. John was super fast with questions prior to and during our stay which made thing even easier. Great size for a family of 3-6\. We just wanted to relax and recharge. Hot tub, streaming movies, garage games. Awesome. Bring your own kitchen ingredients or by them in Bend because it is an empty kitchen, but that can be dealt with easily. The house had everything we needed for a short weekend away. The kitchen was stocked sufficiently, the beds were comfortable, and the hottub and pellet stove were an added bonus. As someone who has stayed in many rentals and whose family owns and operates a few, my only pointer would be not to ask your guests to contact the housekeeper upon leaving. There is a checkout time for a reason, and it's not the guests' job to do so. Other than that, thank you for the nice stay. ##### Karissa G.
