Our single level 2000 sq ft home features a deck off the main living area with BBQ, outdoor table for 6 and lounge chairs, and private hot tub. Includes cable, 47” LCD Smart TV, wireless internet, 8 free daily access cards to the SHARC aquatics facility, tubing hill and tennis courts. Large 2 car garage with 4 adult mountain bikes and ping pong table. Immediate access to the Bike path is directly behind the house, no need to ride on the road - jump on and go anywhere in Sunriver by bike! Bedroom Arragements: Master Bedroom – King bed 2nd bedroom – Queen bed 3rd bedroom – bunk bed (double on bottom, twin on top) Front room (separate from main living room) has queen sleeper sofa Inside, the home is constructed with an open floor plan where living, dining, and kitchen are all connected to make for great socializing, and there is an additional separate small front living room with queen sleeper sofa to find a quiet spot or to keep the noisy kids. The grandparents decided to join us and Dana accommodated very quickly. With the layout, it worked out perfectly for the kids to play and for the grandparents to have their quiet time. The back porch was an added bonus because there was a little grass patch for the kids to kick a ball around. The one comment I have is that the bathroom sink faucet handles were difficult to use for toddlers and the grandparents alike since they are knobs. This home was perfect for our family of four for Christmas! The owners even had a beautiful Christmas tree set up in the front room which made it extra special. The air conditioning was a plus! The location to the village was perfect! We took the Cascade Lakes Highway scenic drive that was recommended which was breathtaking! Really lovely property. Location is right off trails and a quick walk or bike to the park. Rooms were big and bright. Water pressure was great. We appreciated the thoughtful details for kids including full dish set and silverware for kids, pack n play, stroller, high chair, and a handful of toddler toys. Loved the single level with little kids. Hot tub access was great. Appreciated lots of throw blankets, too. It’s a quiet location. We found the house very clean and stocked with everything we would need to make dinners. Wi-Fi and cable worked and hot tub was hot. Perfect location if you have small or grown kids. Amenities in walking distance. Single level a big plus for all ages. Clean rental, comfortable beds and allowed our dog! Big plus! I highly recommend staying at this house. It’s A short distance to the main attractions at Sun River and close to Mt. Bachelor. It really is the best location. It is a kid and dog friendly house, but very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was a nice treat after a long day of skiing.
