This cottage is so close to the water that you can't get much closer without getting wet! You are so to enjoy yourself in this cottage. The king sized bed offers sleeping for 2 and you will not have a better view from the cottage. This unit is one of the only cottages on property to offer a private patio. Enjoy a morning cup of Joe or an afternoon adult beverages as you soak up those sun rays. The walking trail is right out your front window so if you enjoy people watching like I do, then this will have tons of walkers to see passing by! But don't worry, out cottage windows have a slight tint to them to help keep the privacy of you and your guests on the inside! While staying with us you will have the luxury of access to an indoor heated pool and hot tub! Open the door or window and your there, 10 feet from the greenway and River. Old D’town is easy 5 minute walk , and greenway goes on thru town and out into the forest. For cyclists you can leave from the front door and be on bike path for 6 miles leading into the Nat Forest with boundless biking trails. We appreciated the view of the river, a working thermostat, kitchenette, quiet unit with no loud neighbors, and it’s quite a bit of space given it’s a studio. Some notes for management to address are that the shower water pressure is bad, and the fridge is loud. You are right on the Deschutes River Trail. The photos you see from the back window are exactly what it looks like. It is a short 10 minute walk to downtown via the trail, where there are tons of restaurants, bars, and shopping. The property management group was great to work with.
