This single story full house sits on .5 acre property with a fully fenced backyard. Beautiful landscaping in front and back yards. Backyard has a large deck for relaxing on with a koi pond and waterfall. Located on the east side of Bend, the home is away from any commotion yet close to all including shopping, restaurants, Mt Bachelor, Deschutes River and more. The house is fully furnished and comfortable.

Great location only a few minutes drive/Uber to downtown. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of amenities in the house!
