The Patio House is situated next to the Great Sandy Desert and the Canal. Complete privacy in the back with a big rolling gate to access the pathway and trails. Enjoy the 5 person hot tub and cozy up to the fire. Outdoor heaters warm up the chilly nights. The home is fairly new with a chef’s delight kitchen, complete with an espresso machine. The dining room seats up to 8 people. Large living area with a large built in TV and stereo with surround sound. Mt. Bachelor is just 20 miles, Sunriver Resort 14 miles, amazing hiking and biking trails and snowshoeing are close by. Easy access to the Old Mill District and Historic Downtown. The home is warm, comfortable, private for being in a community and easily accessible. We would happily stay here in the future and will recommend to any of our friends who would travel to bend. On a side note the city of Bend and surrounding area are special for sure, the powers that be are doing something right and the owners of this vrbo are right in line with the overall thinking.
