New Modern Farmhouse themed one bedroom, one bath apartment with a shared wall (3 bedroom, 1 bath home). Kitchen has hot plate, washer & dryer and microwave (no oven). Separate entrance on the side of the house with fence between backyard and apartment entrance. No yard or hot tub access. Need more space? Rent both units together and accommodate 8.

Five minutes South of Sunriver, 20 minutes to Mt. Bachelor, Bend, outdoor activities: hiking, water.

Slight hiccup at the beginning since cleaning svc was running a tad late. Host was exceptional in communicating and resolving. Property is quite small. Basically 2 rooms and a bathroom. Very adequate for my wife and I. We were in town to hike and sightsee, so we had no issues with the size. There is a shared wall (which the listing does disclose) and you may or may not have a neighbor. The bed is steel framed and clean, but old(er). It is a bit on the squeaky side. That is probably my only nitpick. All in all, this was very adequate for our stay with a focus being outside and in budget. I deeply applaud the host for their forward communication that the cleaner wasn't going to be done by check in time. We were able to kill time in Bend vs sitting around outside the unit.

Really small, but adequate.
1 br is really small, but if all you need is a place to sleep in Bend, it is adequate. Probably only 240 SQ ft. No storage, no closet, br is tiny. Small love seat only could be comfortable for little people. We didn't receive a check-in email, so I had to contact prop manager as we were arriving. But then we texted back and forth, and reaponsiveness was fine . Their cleaner had forgotten to clean, so we ran some errands while they did a quick clean. Location was a block from my in-laws, so convenient. Overpriced for size of unit, IMO.

This property is perfect for a getaway or an extended stay I rented this property for 12 weeks this summer, the app was newly decorated and comfortable, clean and well furnished The hosts were very reachable and very accommodating. Hope I make it back to central Oregon and have the chance to stay here again
