The River West Retreat is a beautiful representation of where cozy mountain lodge meets contemporary city loft. This fantastic three bedroom, three bathroom home was designed with clean lines and abundant natural light. It is located on the west side of Bend, within minutes of the Newport Avenue District and the historic downtown area, but on its own large lot with beautiful pines that makes you feel like you're a million miles away while still being close to everything.

You first walk in to a vaulted great room with large living room, cozy dining area, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you’ll need for creating meals at home. The main bedroom has a lush king sized bed, en suite vanity and sink and attached bathroom with glass enclosed luxury shower. There is a second king bedroom as well on the other side of the house with excellent privacy and separation for multiple couples traveling together, also with an attached full bath and in-room desk for working on the road. The third bedroom has a queen sized bed with a full sized bathroom right across the hall, making this house comfortably sleep up to six people.

The outdoor space is serene and beautiful, with tall pine trees, visiting families of deer and wildlife, and lovely views off the front deck out over the national forest land in the distance. It provides a wonderful Bend experience!

This is a private, standalone house exclusively for guest use. The house, grounds, hot tub, garage, and parking areas are unshared. We have complete contactless check-in for the convenience and safety of our guests.

All towels, linens and bedding are included. We also leave guests a small amount of starter supplies including: toilet paper, paper towels, dish and laundry soaps, hand soaps, bath soap, shampoo, and coffee bar items mentioned above. We also provide blow dryers, iron and ironing board. Please plan accordingly to bring anything else you may wish to have with you on your trip.

Note: Guests who book this home will be required to sign an auxiliary rental packet with specific rules and information included, such as neighborhood quiet hours, check in and out time restrictions, and non-smoking policies. If you are traveling with a pet, you will also need to sign a copy of our pet rules.
