The home was very clean and comfortable and the furnishings were very nice. The pictures are very accurate. Check in was super easy as was checkout. The master bedroom is huge and really nice. The kitchen is well stocked. Make sure to inquire about patio furniture on the back deck as it is not clear in the photo. Our lab enjoyed the walking paths around Sunriver but struggled to resist the geese, deer and elk we saw on the golf course. I’d recommend this rental to my friends! ##### Kimberly T. Fun to watch golfers from your deck. Lots of games to play. We enjoyed it a lot. Only two suggestions. It’s advertised as a/c. While the portable unit keeps the downstairs cool, you really need another unit for upstairs. Very hard to sleep when it was so hot and it didn’t cool off til 3 am. The second suggestion is to have some bikes. We have been coming to sunriver for over 30 years and have never stayed at a place with no bikes. ##### Merrie T. We settled in and enjoyed the snowy view across the golf course. We walked daily, and to the grocery store several times, but generally just cozied by the two sided gas fireplace. Unfortunately the fireplace stopped working after 2 days. The pilot light would turn on but The fire wouldn’t ignite. We called itrips and they had someone come over pretty much right away. That fixed the problem temporarily but the fireplace turned itself off and wouldn’t reignite. This was a pretty big disappointment as a fireplace was a feature we looked for when booking. However, we realize that sometimes things happen that can’t be planned for & fireplace repair people are booked out a couple weeks. I would book this property again if there were reassurances that the fireplace was working properly & there would be a refund if not.This property was very comfortable for five adults. Anymore adults and the living area seating would have been elbow to elbow. We loved the well-maintained hot tub. The home heating was very comfortable. The kitchen was standard vacation rental style. We had a grest time and do recommend 5 Eaglewood. ##### Jo T. Our golden retriever tagged along. The home was tastefully decorated and had a well stocked kitchen. Each bedroom had access to it's own bathroom. Lots of board games for everyone to play. Video movies to watch. Trails just outside the back door for taking long walks with our dog. Hot tub was wonderful after a day of skiing. What we got a kick out of, was the many things people left for the next vacationers, ie like seasonings, tea, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, etc. The garage was large enough to house a medium size car. We parked our Durango on the driveway. The only challenge we experienced was the Dishwasher had a failed pump, which had to be repaired so we ended up washing dishes by hand. However, the property manager was quick to send a technician to assess the situation. Other minor things, like a burned out light bulb in the garage and missing instructions to the gas fireplace were brought to the property manager's attention. I appreciated how quickly my concerns were resolved by the property manager. All in all, we hope to be able to utilize this lovely townhome again. It fit our family well. ##### diane p.
