Good location not to far from all the fun in town and also has a big fenced in yard for kids to run around and play in without the worry of them getting into the street. Everyone enjoyed themselves and we had plenty of space. Kitchen was roomy and was well stocked. Living room had a nice lay out and was comfortable. Hot tub was in great condition for after a long day on the mountain. We used the foozeball and air hockey table one night and enjoyed that too. The only issue we had for the Wed-Sun trip was the hot water heater couldn’t keep up with our hot water needs the whole time. We had to space our showers, kid baths, dishes, and laundry throughout the day, or we would run out of hot water. The hot tub was a big hit, and the game room in the garage provided plenty of entertainment for all of us. There was more than enough space and beds to accommodate our large family, which was great. However, we did run into a few issues. There weren’t enough TVs in the bedrooms, which made it a little tricky for everyone to settle in at night. Also, the dishwasher was broken, so we had to buy paper plates and cups for our meals and wash everything by hand. It wasn’t ideal, but we managed. Overall, the home was pleasant, and it’s just a short drive away from Sunriver.
