Minutes away from the Old Mill District and close to all of the best that Bend has to offer. A quick 30 minute drive puts you at the famous Mt. Bachelor, making this the perfect place for you to recharge and prepare for your outdoor adventures
We will check in periodically to ensure your stay is going smoothly and are available to answer any questions, but won't bombard you with messages!

Enjoy the full amenities of a modern, rental home with a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, pool table / game room and comfortable bedding. Plenty of space that can comfortably fit up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms (3 queen beds and 2 sofa beds)and 3 full bathrooms.

The Ponderosa House checked all our boxes for a family visit to Bend. As parents of adult children who live away we look for spacious 3 bedroom accommodations. This house did not disappoint. It has plenty of room and available entertainment. We visited Bend for skiing and enjoyed the backyard hot tub, playing billiards, and darts. Finding the canal walking path at the end of the street was a wonderful bonus.

The house was just as listed. Aside from a few minor maintenance issues (refrigerator, kitchen cabinet door), everything was great. We really used and appreciated the hot tub, pool table, and game room...they provided hours of fun for our multi-generational family group. Minor request: more dishtowels would be handy!Communications with owners were quick and helpful and they were flexible about giving us a late checkout. We would stay here again.

This house is perfectly set up for families. With three bedrooms (2 on the main floor), extra sleeping areas, 3 full bathrooms and lots of space it’s fabulous! The proximity to the Old Mill and Hayden Homes Amphitheater was perfect (less than a mile). It has a ton of games for adults and kids (and I mean the cool games like pool, ping pong, one shot basketball and more). The welcoming hot tub wraps up house and its awesomeness.

#### Great house with some quirks
House was roomy, mostly clean with tons of fun games for adults and kids alike. Home is older than the pictures imply so there are some bumps and bruises here and there. Master suite upstairs lacks a door so be prepared for that if you want privacy and wishes it had a fireplace for those chilly bend nights! The lighting in some of the rooms is more on the fluorescent side/LED so it lacked a warm, cozy feel you want in the evenings. Owners were friendly, welcoming and super responsive. House had ample supplies any everything you need to cook meals. Location is good, about a city block from walking/biking trails and super close to the mill district. Overall I would rate this property a solid 4-4.5\. A few aesthetic upgrades and a door on the master bedroom would bump it closer to a 5.

We had to drive to get to Old Mill District & Downtown Bend but with toddlers in tow, we didn’t mind. Overall we had a great time & would stay there again.

#### Great house for a large group
This house was in a great location and perfect for our group of 6 with dogs. House has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so everyone had their own spaces. The spa was hot and clean and the bbq worked great. The pool table was fun, however has seen its better days. My only complaint is the kitchen needed some deep cleaning and there was dog hair all over the furniture which got on our clothes.
