  • Just steps from Meadows golf course, the SHARC, and several biking paths, the newly remodeled 1 Fifteenth Tee is the perfect basecamp for exploring Sunriver and beyond. This 2,615 sq. ft. two-level home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, making it an enjoyable home for up to 10 guests.

    If you are looking for an escape from the daily grind, then this is the home for you. Inside this spacious home, you will find a great room with vaulted ceilings, including an open gourmet kitchen with and dining area, a beautiful floor to ceiling fireplace and a large TV for the perfect blend of cozy and convenient.

    1 Fifteenth Tee comes with two private patios, a private hot tub, a ping pong table, a master bedroom with ensuite on the main level with three bedrooms on the bottom level; two of which are connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The fourth bedroom has the ideal setup for kiddos ready to vacation with family or friends; it includes two twin bunk beds, a queen futon, a flat screen TV and Xbox.
