With over 2,000 square feet of air-conditioned living space, 4 bedrooms (including 2 ensuites), plus a bonus family room, 18 Juniper will comfortably accommodate up to 12 of your closest family and friends. The main floor features an open-concept layout: the living room, with ample seating, Smart TV, gas fireplace, and vaulted ceilings, opens first to the large wood-slab dining table with seating for 10, then flows into the well-equipped kitchen. With hardwood floors, tiled countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a gas range, meal prep is a breeze. Step through the sliding glass doors off the dining area onto the back deck to lounge in the sun, grill on the gas BBQ, and dine under the stars. The private hot tub will be ready and waiting for your enjoyment. Also on this level is a spacious ensuite bedroom with a king bed, cable TV, DVD player, access to the hot tub, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Upstairs, you’ll find a fun bonus family room, an upper deck, a second ensuite, and two guest bedrooms. The upstairs ensuite features a king bed, cable TV, DVD player and a private attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances, meal prep, and serving items that you need. Its recommended to bring your own media streaming device and gaming console as the offerings in the house are a bit dated and inconsistent in each room. Cable in the loft area didn't work one night and while the management team is responsive to any issues, that doesn't help get the issue resolved immediately in hours outside of business hours. We enjoyed the hot tub, ping pong table, bikes, and corn hole equipment. The house is located close to a fairly busy road and a train was audible most of the nights we were there. For my taste, I would like to live a bit more unplugged from civilization during vacation so I will very likely look for a house elsewhere next time. ##### Jason W. The house was clean, communication was super quick and they were very accommodating. Location is close to the SHARC and the village. The downstairs bedroom was great for in-laws, and upstairs bonus room gave boys a place to hang out after a long day on the slopes. NOTE: Bonus room is open to below, so know that it can get a little noisy. :-) Beds were very comfortable, and kitchen was well appointed. Also, the house was very clean upon our arrival. Checking in and out was seamless. One suggestion would be to update living room furniture, and dining room chairs. Both need better support and comfort. Great location and very clean and comfortable. We had kids ranging from 7-13 and they loved all of the bikes, the ping pong table and the foosball table.
