We had plenty of room for 3 young kids, a teen, and 5 adults. It was about a 10 minute walk to the SHARC, which was a plus. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. Kids got bunk beds and all of the adults slept in their own rooms. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, coffee grinder, drip coffee maker, and excellent baking pans. We had 10 people and there was plenty of room for everyone to have space. The house was clean. The hot tub was very clean and enjoyable. The ping pong table and the bicycles were real added bonus. It was just as good as it looked in the pictures and the location can’t be beat About a four minute walk to the sharc and 10 minutes to the village. Even quicker if you use the bikes they provided. The property itself was well set up with an ideal area for feeding a large group and the home was in great shape minus a couple minor fixes (sliding doors and drawers required some effort to open/close) and was great for pets. Will stay again. The property itself is listed through VRBO but they have a separate property management company, making it difficult to contact the owners but once we got the right people on the phone, they were friendly, helpful, and efficient. ##### Jimmy G.
