Four travelers can sleep in the two queen sized beds. The condo is approximately 630 square feet with two separate sleeping areas, two full bathrooms, and a kitchen. Your balcony overlooks the Deschutes River and trail that runs along our property. Don't feel like going out?! No worries, in this condo you will have all your cooking needs! This kitchen includes a full sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster, stove top, dishwasher and oven. Plus, all your basic pots, pans, casserole dishes and utensils are provided, along with dish-ware and glasses. The Bend Riverside Commons Condominiums line the Deschutes River and are directly adjacent to Pioneer Park. You have plenty of room to stretch your legs on the grassy patio or in the park next door. Take the riverside trail to the north or south for a refreshing taste of the outdoors. The proximity to downtown cannot be understated. You can walk to numerous restaurants, pubs, and downtown boutiques in under 10 minutes. Our property does include an indoor heated pool and hot tub, which are open daily so don't forget to bring those swimsuits! Basic cable will be provided in the rooms, that means your basic set up of analog channels. You are, however, most certainly welcome to bring your own streaming device, all tv's in our units are flat screen with HDMI hook ups. (HDMI cords not included in room) Please keep in mind this unit is NOT pet friendly. No animals or pets of any kind will be brought into non-pet rooms. As other reviews mentioned noise from neighbors is for real. We had a pet friendly place but we have a non shedding small dog. We found a lot of different dog hair throughout our stay but maybe thats normal for pet friendly places. We parked outside our window and left our locked bikes on our truck because there are outside cameras and a closing gate. They dont close the gate and cameras don’t work/record. Our very expensive bikes were stolen. Property management didn’t get back to us. We filed a police report and the police recovered one bike thankfully. Aired it out for two days. The herd of elephants over us arose at 6 am and did who knows what until 10 am, returning at 11pm. The parking is great; proximity to downtown great; kitchen set up great; bathrooms nice; good for 3-4 people; the dam is loud if you leave the door open. For the price, it’s fine.
