The living room, warmed by the gas fireplace, has a flatscreen TV and a sofa where you can put your feet up after a day of hiking, biking, fishing, or skiing. Just around the corner in the kitchen, you'll find everything you need to prepare your favorite meal, a peninsula breakfast bar for two, and an adjacent dining space with a table for four. On this level you'll also find one of two queen bedrooms and a full guest bathroom with shower and tub, plus the laundry room. Head upstairs to find a cozy loft with a pull-out sofa, portable AC unit, TV and DVD player for viewing your favorite movie. A queen bedroom with private attached bathroom with gorgeous tiled shower completes this level. Come summertime, you can open the doors to the deck, get the gas grill going for an afternoon barbecue, and find a seat in the shade of the trees. Additional amenities include free WiFi, so you can easily look up a new trail or keep your eye on the snow report. Dogs allowed, 2 max. Fees apply. It is close to the bike trails, the North Store, and the Cottonwood Dog Park. The house was clean and well-equipped and located in a quiet neighborhood. Bennington Properties are super responsive to any inquiries or needs. There was a problem with one of the bikes, and a new cruiser was delivered within an hour. There is also reimbursement up to $250 in the summer for qualifying summer activities. The process was smooth and quick. Convenient to Sunriver's amenities, not far from Bend, and a very pleasant place to spend time. Everything was as in the listing. As with most places in Sunriver, there's no A/C (accurate in the listing), so don't wait too long after the 5:00 check in so you can open windows in time to cool off the house before bed. The property managers were very responsive and brought us an extra fan first thing the next day, as there were apparently supposed to be two but only one was present. While the check in is a little late and the check out a little early in summer, it's about the simplest check out list I've seen at a rental, which makes things easier. It was nice and quiet and we could see the stars every night. Furnishings were functional and easy to use. ##### Carol H. The coziness & cleanliness was excellent. My only wish was having access to on sight recycling & compost, but that’s an issue at every place we’ve stayed in Sunriver. The dishes & kitchen appliances were high quality. The beds were comfortable & our favorite parts of the house were the updated master bath & the coziness of the living room.
