Even though it was unseasonably warm for that area the unit stayed cool without any air conditioning which was surprising to me. Probably because it is in the shade and surrounded by pine trees. Parking is right in front of the unit which makes it easy to get to when you have groceries. The cleanliness of the unit was an absolute five star. It was Easy to book and the rate was reasonable. It had everything we needed for week long stay, kitchenette, laundry and bath. Cleanliness of the floors and shower were issues, as well as a set of broken blinds, which I passed on to the property manager.
