Has everything you need. Communication to get in and out, as well as expectations was excellent. You can walk to downtown but not easily. I would recommend adding a couple luggage racks. It met our needs very well. One room has a bed, the other a little desk, no bed. I brought my own mattress for the other guest so she would be comfortable. Even prettier in person than the pictures. The front yard and open lot on the sode of the house is well past overgrown. The outdoor garbage was also overflowing but the management comoany did come remove the excess garbage. Overall excellent stay.
