Fantastic House in a great location

Great location, well designed living space.

Perfect for our trip to a family wedding in Bend. Quiet, but very central location. Bikes and hot tub were a bonus. Space worked well for a family group. Owner helpful and responsive. Bend is a really great town.

Charming Home in Bend

We held a family gathering, and this was the PERFECT home! Size, cleanliness and amenities were all impressive; and the location was ideal to walk downtown, shop, and try restaurants in the area. Highly recommend!!

Great location

The listing photos were accurate. Good size house with multiple bedrooms in a really nice location in Bend. Would consider staying again. The bikes in the garage were a huge plus.

Fabulous home!

My family comes to Bend for Thanksgiving most every year and we love to stay within walking distance to shopping and breweries. We have stayed at a handful of different houses over the years and this one is our new favorite. The location couldn’t be more perfect, the beds are comfy,the amenities are outstanding, and there’s plenty of space for everyone. The home was also extremely clean, which we all appreciated. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Great Family Home

The house was so perfect for our family trip to Bend. It was well stocked with essentials, towels, blankets, dishes, cookware, etc. Instructions and communication were clear. We felt very at home and loved that we could walk to eateries, Drake Park, and downtown easily. Highly recommended!

Perfect

It was such a pleasure to stay here. The house was spacious (could easily host two families), clean, comfortable, and well-stocked -- esp the kitchen (utensils, cookware, appliances), but there were also board games, nice laundry machines, etc. And the location was great: walking distance to the river, some great food options, and some grass fields for the dog and kids. Overall, it was one of the best houses we have ever rented. We'd love to stay here again!

Perfect Location and Space as we celebrated a wedding

My son got married in Bend and we used the house to bring friends and family together for the wedding weekend. Location is perfect...we walked to town every morning and several evenings. Back deck was great for early morning coffees and evening dinners. House itself had the space we needed to comfortably fit everyone. THANK YOU!

A Superb Stay in Bend’s Beautiful Westside

We had a wonderful 5 day stay as part of golf get-away in Bend. Our group of four adults found the house extremely comfortable, clean and well-appointed with everything one could reasonably need for an enjoyable stay. It is located within a few blocks of a multitude of restaurants, craft breweries, coffeehouses and shops. Bend’s central downtown and the stunning Deschutes River are about 5 min away by bike or car. A great home in a great location!!!!

Fun in Bend

We had extraordinarily beautiful weather for a week with our family of ten from Wisconsin and New York. Bikes were provided by the owner. We hiked and rafted and attended a concert in the park and visited a lavender farm. Everyone had plenty of privacy in this fabulously located property!

Great location

Andrea was very responsive and helpful. The house is nice and has everything you need. It's great for small groups. It's also walkable to some great restaurants and breweries. Hot tub is big though it is visible by the neighbors. Normal for Bend with its limited space. Some bedrooms are small so better for kids in a family maybe but all beds are nice. Very much enjoyed the stay and woukd stay again.

Great home in Bend!!

We were in Bend for a family wedding. This home was more than enough room for our whole family!! The accommodations were more than adequate-lots of space! Well equipped kitchen, good sized bathrooms, large dining table and two sitting areas. Great space for small children with lots of activities for them. Hot tub and good sized deck and two washers and dryers. Fabulous location!! Walk to grocery store, restaurants, parks! I would definitely recommend staying here!!

Fabulous

This house was terrific. When we first arrived, I couldn’t quite figure out a TV and after messaging through the app, the owner sent somebody over within 20 minutes, which was pretty darn cool being it was just a TV unit wouldn’t of affected our life too much ;-). Regardless, I really appreciate it that they cared about making everything right. Loved having the duel living spaces for privacy. And of course, the location was perfect because you walk to music restaurants, cool bars and the river very easily.

Great family vacation home

Our family met in Bend from 3 different parts of the country and spent the holidays there. The house was perfect for all of our needs. Andrea was easy to correspond with and the home had everything in it we needed. Hot tub was fun, especially after a day of skiing. The basement was great for our 4 grandchildren to hang out. The bedrooms were spacious. Really great neighborhood. Our puppy enjoyed the backyard. So many great memories here. Thanks so much!!

Great Location - very walkable!

Home is very nice with plenty of space and all the necessary amenities especially the well stocked kitchen. Often times we find limited drink ware, dinnerware and flatware. Not the case here! Only downfall was the hot tub was only 2/3 full of water. This was a little disappointing given the time of year and cooler mornings and evenings.

Family Reunion

We were a group of 7 staying in this amazing home. So much space for togetherness and time to one’s self. Clean, comfortable, so well stocked. Excellent attention to details including things we might need. Fans, games, bikes, extra blankets, well stocked kitchen, clean hot tub, so much comfortable seating everywhere. House has AC, windows that open and easy to use, super functional blinds. So centrally located to everything Bend. Easy to walk or take bikes everywhere. Highly recommend.

Perfect for 4 couples

The house was set up well for 4 couples. The kitchen was stocked well. The table was perfect for 8 people to play games and eat meals. The house was close to everything in Bend but we were unable to walk to downtown because of the ice covered roads. Andrea was very responsive to various concerns and questions. The record ice/cold created some issues that were out of her control. She kindly offered a solution. We would like to go back with better weather so we could enjoy all the local attractions and hot tub. There are some fairly close neighbors in the back where the hot tub is, so keep that in mind. We will book this house again.

Our Stay at 1231 NW Ithaca

The property is just as described in the VRBO listing. It's spacious, well-maintained, and very clean. It's well-stocked with utensils, appliances, and paper supplies. The house is in a quiet neighborhood yet close to downtown Bend. There's a short drive to Elk Lake, which is spectacular, and other Cascade lakes. Restaurants in Bend are plentiful and tourist-friendly. We experienced some record-breaking temperatures and hazardous air quality from forest fires outside of Eugene during the second half of our stay. That was disappointing, but the house was a comfortable place to be sequestered. The property manager was very friendly and accommodating. We had a minor issue with the front door lock, which was taken care of, literally, in minutes! We highly recommend this property, particularly for families. With three levels of sleeping quarters and comfortable beds, we all were cozy.
